jvc av-32980 tv does not turn on

I had cablevision come to my house to check signal strength because of interference. When they left I had a working TV with interference that they believe is a receiver problem. I went out and when I came home I tried to turn on the TV and there's no power. I checked all connections, circuit breaker and the AC and Cable works on a different TV but the not the JVC. Any suggestions what my power problem is?
