Blurred veiwfinder

I have a JVC gr-d72u, it was working fine last night but when i went to take still pictures today it was blurry. I tried everything in the manual but i can;t fix the problem, I still see the blinking man on the blurry lcd screen. I can play tapes in the camera though. Help !
