Troubleshooting JVC GR-DVL920U - Will not power up.

This unit will not power up. I've used AC/DC. Unit still don't power up. I have no display, battery LED doesn’t light up. I know it's a power supply porblem; I don't have the service manual for this unit. Any information would be a great help in getting this unit to power up. If I can get it down to unit power supply board, I will order that part. The customer said the unit just stopped working after returning form vacation.
