electronic clicking sound

I have an electronic clicking sound coming from all the speakers. I isolated it to the chime module (when disconnected, no longer hear clicking) Figuring it was a bad chime module I replaced it with a new one. Same problem still occuring. Any one have any solutions? Thanks
