Looking for a pickup for a JVC XL-Z431 CD Player

I have a JVC XL-Z431 CD Player that needs a new pickup. I know this player is quite old now, but would still like to repair it. What are the chances of being able to get hold of a new pick-up? If anyone can advise I would be most gratful. Thanx in advance. Rob.
