Same thing happened to me yesterday. I called Sony parts and ordered one. Seems easy to take apart and install. Cost with tax and shipping = $42.00. Good Luck

Well., mine suffered another accident. Its LCD screen got scratched. I saw in the forum you posted that you got in touch with Sony parts and ordered the part. I got 2 Qs, 1st, do know you if can get my LCD screen from Sony or from any other store you know (please list)?, 2nd, Can you give the phone number from Sony parts so i can call and order my LCD screen? hope is not expensive. Another Q, maybe i have to introduce the code part to order it, where can i get the code for my LCD screen?, please reply... urgently, thanks in advance
