my digital camcorder panasonic nv-ds29b stoped responding to any cammand,i can't record or play videos,all it does is the power led flashes twice each time i touch and key

and when i looked into the net i found out hw to get the error code by pushing simultaneously the REc and STOP buttoms ,i would like to know what the error code E41D means, and if there is any solution ,i would be greatful
