jvc projection tv-when you turn it on it has a bowed and fuzzy screen. sound is good.

I have a 2 year old 48" tv that looks as if you are watching tv through a kaliediscope. Sound is good but I cannot get the menu button to come up so that you can work on the picture. I've already tried to unplug the set and reset settings.
