looking for a shotgun outdoor mic

I am looking for a good quality shotgun microphone to be used outdoors. The ideal detection range would be about 300ft. The freq needed is: 400 to 2000Hz, and need a really good SNR. There is also need for phantom power. Any advise?? Thanks Andrea
