i need to record some edited files from a computer directly to the walkmen.

i recently brought a sony wm-gx100 walkman to record and listen to positive affirmations. unfortunatly when i connected it to the computer blayback is full of noise. the walkmen has a external mic. it seems it is a condensor mic. there for im requesting you to help me with a method of recording from the pc to the walkmen with less noise.
