My T7 did the same thing after only having it a month, and I had to send it in and get it fixed. It took a month to fix and they did not even give me a description of the problem. 2 months later, it is now doing the same thing. Sony wants me to send it in and they will "fix" it again. My camera is only 3 months old and already it is more of a problem than anything. The people at sony are extremely unhelpful and will not do anything for me except attempt to fix the problem. When asked what to do if this happens again, they said they will just keep trying to fix it. I am so upset. This camera was not worth nearly $500!
