required video head jvc mini dv vcr. hr-dv53 and ccd for canon handy cam.

hellow i have dv vcr model is jvc hr-dv53 with video head problem for the past two month. video head is not available. our technisian is tried to purchase it but failted. any body help me to purchase it. i have canon handy cam also with ccd fault. model no is z70 mc. both unit is remaining in the same condition for the past three months. please help me.
