Any quick fix suggestions. How much to fix?

I'm very pleased with my Sony Syber Shot camera. Shure it is 2 years and 2 months old and has been a great companion. But, yesterday an error code come on: E61:10 and my ZOOM also quit working on it too. As well when you turn it ON it takes longer to have the screen light up to view what your going to take a pic of. Am I looking at a factory fix? And How much? Any helpfull past experiences would be most appreciated. Don.K
