Does anybody know where i can purchase a sony lcd screen

I too need a sony AM309-3A lcd screen which has cracked.It is in my daughters Samsung Digimax 250 camera.There seems to be a lot of people out there looking for the same thing,perhaps it has a fault?. I would love to hear from anybody who could help me in my search.
