Sony Service
I would appreciate guidance in getting service from Sony relative to my camera & the flash Sony Style sold me. I have been trying for many months to have Sony provide a flash that works with my camera. I have struck out 3 times with the flash. With the 3rd flash I receive promises that they will send me paperwork to return the camera - however there have been zero actions in two months. They also promised to look at my camera that Sony Service damaged when I sent the 2nd flash and camera to them, at Sony's request.
Correspondence to the VP of Service and the Chief Marketing Officer of Sony Electronics go unanswered. Meanwhile I'm out $1000 for a camera, $200 for a flash, numerous shipping charges, lost time, lost memories, and lost patience.
If anybody can advise me what action steps need to be taken, other then small claims court - I would appreciate it.
