blank viewfinder,blue lcd screeen

Blue lcd screen and nothing showing in viewfinder, I have reset with no results, Suggestions/help would be appreciated

Sony TRV250 has high failure of CCD block assembly. If this is faulty replace and we have stock. Pl.confirm this and e mail us.
