Home | Previous messageWe have a Gr-D30 and it constantly tells me I have the lens cap on and I don't. SO it will not record any picture, it is always black. We have tried everything. They of course want us to send it in, and send in $ but this has made us miss our brnad new house being built, or son's 2 yrs b-day party, etc. I'm really sick of this, and it only has abour 3 3.5 hrs on it tops.

JVC is fixing "Lens Cap" error for free for certain models. Go to JVC.com > Service & Support. on the left side of the page you will see "Customer Notification". Click on that and read all the info. Make sure your model is part of the covered models. I think it is. HOpe this helps. |
