Home | First message in thread | Previous messagePower the camera down, remove the AC adaptor and the battery. Then give it a firm smack on the side of it the same way you would hit the side of a malfunctioning TV. Power it back up and everything should work fine. I had this same problem and after doing some searching around, this seemed to be the best bit of advice short of sending it in for service. 2 or 3 good whacks and it worked!
