I've got the same error as this one, any advice:

I have a Sony CDX-52 CD Changer. When I push the play button, I get an E-99 error. The error code flashes for approx. five seconds before going out. During this time, I can hear the radio being muted but the CD does not start up. After about five seconds, the radio kicks back in and the E-99 disappears. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thanks
