Cost to repair or replace lens

I have a Sony Mavica CD200 that I foolisly used without a clear lens cover. It appears that I have rubbed off the protective coating in the center of the lens which results in a whitish glare in the center of an otherwise great picture, especially when taking photo's against the sun. I would like to repair or replace the lens first. Then if that price is reasonable I would like a general cleaning and lubrication (I have over 10,000 pictures on the counter) and a price for a clear lense cover. As a practical matter, if the cost is over $200 I would be interested in replacing the entire camera with a Mavica CD400 or equivalent. Can you help? Joe
