actually cassandra i do not know. i am having a problem similar to that. here's my thing... i don't know how to put any songs on there. my friend tells me you don't have to download it, she says you can put a cd in your harddrive go to your jukebox player, then press some button that alows you to do it. she also says it is possible to remove songs from you player. please notify me when you get this at..angel_kylee21@yahoo.com thatk you and have a wonderful afternoon/morning.
