have a jvc kdg-200 and can not tune it to 92.2 only to 92.1 or 92.3 i live in ireland and can not tune in most stations how do i fix this

i bought the car and the radio was already in it can not tune into satations like 96.4 or 92.2 only 96.3/96.5 or 92.1/92.3who do i fix this problem
