5 white lines on the top of the image

there are 5 or 6 lines op the top of the image when I turn on the set. After a while the image starts to flicker and the TV- set move in safety state. I have already resoldered the line transformer contacts on the print. At the first moment I think it is repaired, but after a couple of days the flickering starta again.
