I bought the JVC DV100 and I could never download it unto my computer since 2001.I am quite upset about it because I was asked to buy a cd for its downloading and I got one but it still won't work. I have recorded events which I cannot print or download. My friends who got the sony version are recording printing and downloading unto their computers without problems. Is there anything I can do about it? Ben
