Small plastic piece that holds disc in camera broke

I have a problem........ the small plastic piece that holds the cd in the camera broke. I sent it back into Best Buy; they sent it off and said that it was something that was not covered as normal wear and tear. This piece is just a small disc with 3 springs and 3 "arms" that clamp onto the disc. I need to replace this
