I was using my JVC Gr-D90U it was working fine but today i couldn't either zoom or focus the lens.

I was using my JVC Gr-D90u and today i found that i can't focus my lens or zoom it and when i tried to zoom in or out it makes a crounchy sound and either in or out goes to 700x or zooms back to 16x. I desperetly need help so mail me as soon as possible.
