I sell the LCD for Sony Mavica CD400 cameras for $60 incl shipping. Its not hard to replace at all. Unscrew the top inside casing, unscrew and remove a couple boards, unscrew and remove the old LCD. Reverse the proceedure and put it all back together. Just make notes where screws, boards and cables go if you are nervous about it and you wont have any problems.
