Sometimes in my TV pictures were fluctuating and the TV Screen is divided by a transparent Horizontal Line. During that time there is no sound.

Generally its happen when I switch on my TV after a Break. Once it run for half an hour it became normal. Pls advice me what is the problem. I will be thankful to you. With Thanks.. Prasanta///
