Replacement parts for damaged Grand Wega KF-60WE610

Recently purchased a Sony Grand Wega KF-60WE610, it arrived damaged with the mirror that reflects the image shattered and screen scratched. The company I purchased the television from would not offer replacement until after 5 months, when I had filed a consumer fraud complaint against them. Even then, I was not given a replacement but reimbursement, minus the $400 shipping charge "of course." If any one can find or order the pieces I need, I would greatly appreciate it.
