my games wont work

I was trying out my ps2 and it started to make loud noises, so I opened it and cleaned it out. Now when i cut on the ps2 the disc wont spin and the laser wont come on. whats wrong with it and how can i fix it? the model is SPCH-30001.please help im desperate
