Need Help

I have a JVCDigital Video Camera Model : GR-D70AA that I purchased a year ago. It has blue and orange lines running vertically on the screen and view finder. If I leave the camera on for 30 min or so you can start to see what you are filming , but its not clear and its all red. I can play previously recorded tapes on it and see the picture perfectly. Does anyone have any idea what has gone wrong. PLEASE HELP. Thanks, Michelle Q.
