You can be sure JVC will let you down, do not expect any help from their customer service dept. I now use a panasonic and I have to admit I am more than happy with it.

Thanks for your feedback. I have now been using a Panasonic since I last wrote and am fully satisfied. JVC cust service did let me down, even if the problem was due to poor quality and reliability of their product. |
