manual\shcematic for G.E. camcorder model cg819 the door will not eject tape caught inside tape not in ready mode for door to open and eject... HELP

Please Help I have a G.E. camcorder model cg819 Its over 8 years old. In the past the tape would get stuck while fast forward. This time, while recording the tape got stuck and door would not eject. The TV was on while recording.... maybe signal affected the unit??? Anyone else experience similar problem????
