Looking for Sony DSC-T3 original charger (less Docking-station)

Hi there, i recently lost the charger lead and transformer for my DSC-T3 digi-camera. I still possess the cybershot-station. I could purchase a compatible battery charger, but this would mean taking the battery out of the camera everytime, however trivial it may sound. Also though, and more importantly I cant use the docking station without it, which is so much nicer. If anyone could help me out on where to find one I would most appreciate it.
