I have a JVC 27920. It recently developed a problem with small horizontal lines showing up in the top 1 to 2 inches of the screen (sometimes the affected area starts small and gets bigger as the tv heats up). You can still see the picture, but it looks like every other line is messed up in this area. I did not buy a schematic or repair manual when I purchased this tv years agao, as I usually do (shame on me). I think this is a verticle problem and perhaps is a leaky capacitor, any ideas on what I should change out?
