C:13:01 Error Message-Please Help!!

I had taken 200 picture on my vacation with my sony cyber-shot and all of a sudden I turned on my camera and got a c:13:01 memory stick error message. My sony computer does not recognize the memory stick either. I tried to recover the data through the Bad Copy software but the software does not recognize the data. If I format the disk through my camera will I lose the photos? What other option do I have? I'm so sad about losing all my pictures, this is Horrible!!!!!!!!! Please help.
