Hi,
You can try cleaning the condensation sensor inside your camera. If you open the tape compartment and look inside to the very back left of the camera you will see a silver piece (drive motor) with orange plastic piece on it. On the right side of that you will see a black square (condensation sensor). Disconnect power and take a long q-tip dipped in windex and gently wipe the sensor. You will get some black goop on the q-tip. After you gently clean it well, dry it with compressed air, or allow to airdry for approx. 10 min. Reconnect power...message should be gone. Having failed this, take apart the camera (be sure to mark down on paper where the screws came from and tape screw beside it with scotch tape. You will need a small phillips screw driver (buy this at the dollar store). Inside, close to where your thumb would be to record, there is a connector. Disconnect. This will hardboot the camera. Do not reconnect for 5 minutes. You will need to reset time/date. Having failed this...unfortunately you will need to have JVC replace your condensation sensor.
