Sony DCRDVD301 (DVD Handycam) How do I correct Disc Error C:13:00

I have lost all the video I have taken because of this error. Is there anyway to fix the error or retrieve my video?

    I had the same problem!!! With the exactly model!!! The weird thing is that I don't have any ideia why. It just happened one day!!! I know Sony can repair for $211 (the minimun price) I prefer to buy another... Pleaseeee somebody help usssss!!!
