hi! i just bought a jvc gr-d72u on ebay (maybe the first mistake) and now when i connect the camera via usb cable to the pc, i get the response from my pc that there could be a problem with the hardware. the computer did recognize new hardware at the usb port, but then it couldn't detect the camera. any ideas?? thanks, paul
