JVC Model#AV48WP30 RPTV replaced CRTs and now picture is skewed (top edge larger than bottom edge)

I recently had all CRTs replaced for JVC AV48WP30 due to yellowing of image in center screen. Upon return from shop, image is distorted (picture is larger at the top than the bottom) and on service menu self test I get one strange result - HD=NG. The rest of the self test looks OK. Any idea as to problem?
