Searching for replacment.

I'm looking to replace my kd s570 w/remote. It was factory installed into my Malibu Sunscape 21LSV. The remote is mounted by the drivers seat and is round and black. The wiring for the remote is soldered in and cannot be transferred to another unit.Any help in locating one of these units would be greatly appreciated.
