I"M LOOKING FOR PRE-MOD PS2

I’m looking for a good supplier/seller of pre-modified PS2 consoles. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The last guy I dealt with…Gamedevilonline.com ripped me off. I ordered and paid for 5 pre-mod consoles upfront. This was over 2 months ago and I'm yet to receive either the units or a refund. He keeps promising but nothing. This is one seller to stay away from. Anyway, anyone that can point me in the right direction feel free to email me.
