HomeHelp for my blinking light. This appears to be a recurring problem. My approximate 6 year old SONY Trinitron 32" TV went black last night. The stand by light blinks. Looking at the emails, looks like may be a bad board and may need new soldering. Thoughts? Worth it?

Had same problem...seems static electricity blew out the power supply during a move. Replaced it for about $60. |
