No I did not find a fix for this problem. JVC was not too helpful with this problem. They are not giving me any info as to how much it cost to fix or if it is worth it at all to get it fixed. This seems to be a problem for many JVC customers with the same problem we are having. I'll keep tring to solve this issue, let me know if you come up with anything and I shall do the same!!!!
