CD is stuck

I purchased a truck that has this stereo in it and it has been just fine I put a CD in it over the weekend and it is now stuck I cannot get it out of the stereo????? HELP

Push the cd and eject button at the same time and hold for 5 or so seconds.

I have the same problem it explains it in the manual about locking CD's in it but I have sadly lost mine ....let the hunt begin..
