Do a search for an ITE power supply model NO: UP02513010 I found several available. this is a 5volt 12+ and 12- supply. Your pin out is pin 1 rtn, two -12, three is rtn 4 i s+12 and pin 5 is +5. This is a standard five pin DIN connector, male. A computer supply would do as well as long as you have 3amps at 5 volts, and a half amp at plus and minus 12. Hope this helps.
