GR-D33US Camcoder does not show the picture reather it shows set of vertical lines.

I have a GR-D33US camcoder. I cant use it for recoding as it does not capture the pictures correctly in the LCD and the view finder. Only thing i can see is shaking set of gray vertical lines. Does any one have an idea why this is happening.
