HomePlease Help - The camera wont let me format the memory I just got this camera two days ago. There is no Memory Stick installed and the camera says CYBERSHOT MEMORY STICK at start up. It displays c:13:01 internal error. When I try to format the internal memory, it wont let me select 'OK". It just sends me to a dark screen with INTERNAL MEMORY ERROR flashing. What am I to do?
