Need Help Repairing Sony DCR-PC100 MiniDV

My Sony DCR-PC100 won't keep a tape in. I put a tape in and it automatically closes and around 20 seconds later it pops out. Also have a c:32:11 error message on the lcd screen. Any ideas? I have tried Sony's suggestions put they never work..
