Hi Stacy. I found your site through a tech search in google and wonder if you can help? I have a JVC CA-MXK3R audio combi that will not load up and spin the CD's. The tray functions OK but the helix mechanism is not rotating to load up the laser carriage and therfore nothing more happens. What puzzles me is that I cannot see a motor mechanism or any way that the damn thing is actuated, so therefore am having a bit of a problem in working out the fault!!
